1. Purchase
Inside the e-shop you can select individual products offered. It will be sufficient to indicate the amount and confirm, after the choice of possible variations. In this way the products are placed in the shopping cart.
In order to confirm the order, the customer will conduct its own personal authentication:
– If already registered with a username and password;
– If not yet registered, proceeding to the registration, indicating all the required data.
The purchase shall be deemed perfected for Fly products Srl only when the order will be confirmed by Fly products Srl via e-mail. The confirmation will be sent no later than 2 working days from receipt of order.
2 . Product availability and sale prices
For each item is indicated the unit selling price expressed in euro ( € ), excluding VAT ( Value added tax ) and shipping costs..
The contributions of shipment will vary depending on the type of delivery, the quantity of products to be shipped, to their volume and weight and the place of destination. All these steps will be highlighted during the purchase process .
All the products in the e-shop are available in stock. If should occur delays due to unforeseen in delivery of the goods , the Customer will be promptly notified by e -mail , as well as in the case of even temporary unavailability of one or more products.
Fly products S.r.l. ships to all countries provided during registration. However, there may be cases where customs issues preventing the delivery of products ordered. In this case the customer will be informed by e-mail and refunded.
3. Methods of payment
To pay for the purchase, the customer can use the following methods:

b. Credit cards available on the circuit PAY PAL;
c. Bank transfer.

4 . Delivery and shipping costs
All products ordered by the customer and confirmed by Fly products Srl will be shipped by Express Courier ( national and international ) to the address specified by the customer for delivery. For the shipment will be asked to contribute to the costs that will be shown during the checkout process , depending on the destination country of the order.
The products will be dispatched only after payment of the order has been duly registered and confirmed from Fly products Srl.
Products shipped in Italy are delivered within approximately 1-2 working days from dispatch, the products shipped within the European Union are delivered within 5-6 working days after dispatch. For shipments outside the EU average, it takes 7-8 working days after dispatch. Shipments are made Monday through Friday . Any variation to the above mentioned will be notified immediately via e- mail to the Customer.
5. Import taxes and customs duties
Products sold are not subject to any import tax or customs duty, if the product is sold and delivered in Italy or the European Union.
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, the products may be subject to import taxes and / or customs duties depending on the type of product and the country of destination. It is not possible predict in any way if such costs should be incurred for customs clearance of the goods.

In all cases, any eventual costs relating to import taxes and / or duties will be charged to the customer.
6 . Right of withdrawal
The customer has a right of withdrawal which can exercise without having to justify the reasons , within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the items ordered .
The right of withdrawal may be provided within the deadline above, by telegram , fax or e-mail . The shipping costs for the return of goods are the sole responsibility of the customer. For the right of withdrawal may be exercised , the items must be returned undamaged in their original packaging in perfect condition and in agreement with Fly Srl products
The goods must be returned insured, in the Free Port ; any package sent COD or freight collect will be withdrawn by Fly Srl products
The refund of the invoice price of the returned items , will be made by crediting the bank account of the customer within 30 days of receipt of the returned item .
Items returned incomplete, spoiled , damaged or soiled for reason attributable to the customer will not be refunded and will not result in any case , the recognition of a credit equal to the price of the item originally ordered.
If the refund should be due to a failure of Fly Srl products , shipping costs will be borne by the seller, in all other cases , the shipping charges will be borne by the purchaser.
7. applicable Law
All contracts are executed in Italy and are subject to Italian law.
